Jason Harrison, Associate

Jason is passionate about delivering exceptional value to clients through providing high quality coaching and consulting services. His work focuses on developing leaders, building organisational capabilities and supporting strategic change.

He has a 20-year career working within and consulting to a variety of healthcare, pharmaceuticals and life sciences organisations. Jason was a lead consultant for Cap Gemini and PA Consulting and headed up Pfizer’s Partnership Development and Strategy groups where he worked to build better relationships with the NHS.

Jason holds an MSc with distinction in Organisation Consulting from Ashridge and is a keen advocate of working in partnership with his clients – helping them develop their own leadership consulting and change skills.

Drawing on his industry and consulting expertise, Jason works collaboratively with a network of experienced colleagues to develop pragmatic solutions to complex challenges.
